Does not work properly on a tablet. Phone app only.
Often hangs accessing internet, and crashes when I use the ticket wallet. Update 2 years later: Ticket wallet no longer crashes, but always says it can't be updated. Useless.
Awful. Despite loading ticket it is almost impossible to claim a delay repay. One suspects this is by design.
Crashes/ lags frequently, need to login each time from scratch, cannot pay using accepted credit card (getting a random error message), cannot open purchased e-tickets App is pretty useless and badly integrated with other digital options (e.g. e-tickets/account details)

This does have the makings of a good app, though it tends to crash, the train details map just shows the sea (!) and the Twitter feed is broken. A bit of TLC please!

Nothing on the app works, whenever you try to do something more than view times, the app crashes. Can't download or view tickets, useless.
